[b]Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:[/b] 1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would teleport the person that requested a sit to the roof , and i would ask who rdm these people. 2) You are asked by a player about how to become a staff member: I would give them the link to the application format and help with their application 3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: i would tp him on the roof and ask what he is doing and why. I wouldgive him/her a verbal warning and otherwise i would give him a warn if he stay doing the trolls i would ask a higher up staff member to kick him/her 4) Somebody acquires VIP but is abusing it: I would tp him/her to the roof  and ask why he/she is abusing staff and that its a bannable offense and i would say him/her to read the rules. If he/she stays abusing i would request a higher up staff to deal with it as i can't really do anything with the rank i have . 5) A player is prop spamming: i would jail him/her and remove all the props after that i would ask ask why he/she is doing that , i would than warn him/her for propspamming . OOC means out of caracter this is when you're just talking to other people or when you're asking for help prison staff can't abuse this info. Metagaming is when you abuse the info you got from the OOC chat. 3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: serious RP is when every rule the server has must be strictly followed. semi serious RP is when there are rules but when you break like a small rule they would be able to give you a verbal warn and not directly warn you. I want to help the communty grow and make the server a better place by letting wrongdoers be banned and taking steps against them. I have a very happy personality and i like to help people if they have problems or just any questions. I have alot of friends onthe server and i love this prisoonRP server its the best one i joined yet. I have alot of contact with staff members and and i will adapt if they think i do things the wrong way. I think this would be a good experience for me because if this would be my first staff experience ever. I will bring my happy,helpfull personality to the staff team and i will help everyone that asks me to :like how do i make meth/weed.
