Ban or kick (depending on their amount of warns). Before that, I would interrogate both people and get both sides of the story. If sufficient evidence I mihgt interrogate more suspects or victims. 2) You are asked by a player about how to become a staff member: Give them the link to the fourms or website, tell them to go to the server applications. and use the format and type in your info. 3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: Warn them. Look at their amount of warns. Find any previous temp-bans. Or jail them and tell the to stop because their ruining the experience for other players. 4) Somebody acquires VIP but is abusing it: Warn them. Or demote them. (Havent done this part on other servers at all before :l... 5) A player is prop spamming: Warn. Kick. Ban. Or jail.
