(PROOF: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/994618563525640211/79183EBCD8096F9E72F421D7411B494B730969B9/ ) Have you read the server rules and are familiar with them?: Yes, and I am familiar with them [b]Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:[/b] 1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:    I bring the person that is reporting the "rdmer" and I let them both talk, If the "rdmer" attempts to kill me I then strip him of his weapons and jail him. after that I consult a higher ranked staff on the server and let them take care of their punishment weather it'd be to give him a kick / warning or a bad. If the rdmer does not attempt to continue their killing I let them both tell their stories and I check the logs on whom that killed the person reporting and if none of their stories and if it is not clear if the "rdmer" did rdm or not then I ask if there were any people around, if so then I ask the witness if they have time to go into an admin-sit or not, if they do then I will need to listen to their story as well. If they are on the side of the "rdmer" and say the same story as the rdmer  then I will ask the person reporting the "rdmer" if they have any proof over what happened if they do and the proof looks legit then I will give the "rdmer" a !warn. 2) You are asked by a player about how to become a staff member: I will tell them to open the "f1" menu and press staff application, if that does not work for then I will then tell them to do !help, if none of that works I will then give them the direct link, if that doesn't work either I will then ask a staff if the server has changed the website, if not then I will tell him to try to get in contact with the owner/co-owner (Or I will talk to the owner / co-owner myself) 3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I give them a verbal and tell them not to do it again and if they continue after I gave them a verbal I will proceed to give them a !warn 4) Somebody acquires VIP but is abusing it: I will give them a verbal warning but if they continue to do it I will consult the owner / co-owner. 5) A player is prop spamming: If they prop-spam I will kick them off and consult a higher-ranked staff-member [b]Answer the following questions in detail:[/b] 1) Explain what is RDM: RDM is random deathmatch (Let's make an example, If a person is normally walking and not doing anything that might be offensive / illegal (not causing anyone trouble) and there is some random person that shoots the walking one without a reason that'd be concidered that the person who shot the pedestrian just rdm'ed) 2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC = In Character (in roleplay) OOC = Out Of Character (Non-Roleplay wise) Meta gaming is when somebody knows something by just looking in the chat and not actually knowing it by seing it in character and then abusing that for their advantage, for example that they go and steal a persons stuff just because they said that they got rdmed in ooc chat 3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Serious roleplay is for example when you pull up a gun you actually need to do /me unholsters and picks up pistol before actually equipping it, while semi-serious is not as serious, in other words it's not as  much /me or /it stuff that you need to do. I am on a lot and I know the rules very well and I will always make sure no-one is abusing/breaking rules. I also know most admin-commands. I like doing creative stuff and I know my way around tools.
